AI implementation

An AI consulting company for distributors and manufacturers

Webika is an AI consulting company for distributors and manufacturers. An operations assessment costs £4,000–8,000 + VAT / $5,000–10,000, and the order desk automation sprint that follows costs £20,000–40,000 + VAT / $25,000–50,000.

Our AI consulting services start with your documents, not a strategy deck. We map your document-heavy processes and cost them, and our first sprint takes the order desk off the keyboard: emailed PDF orders, entered into your ERP without retyping.

How it works

  1. Operations assessment

We map how orders, supplier invoices, delivery notes, and other documents move through your team today, measure the volumes and handling time, and cost each process. You get a prioritised automation plan, whether or not you go on to the sprint.

  2. Order desk automation sprint

We build the workflow: orders arrive by email as PDFs, the data is extracted, checked against your customers, products, and prices, and entered into your ERP. The aim is to be live in about six weeks.

  3. People stay in charge

Orders that don't pass the checks are held for someone on your team to review, rather than entered automatically. You see how many documents went through and how many needed a person.

When this is for you

  • Orders arrive as emailed PDFs and someone types them in.
  • Quoting RFQs takes days.
  • An AI pilot never made it to production.
  • You run Kerridge K8, Merlin, or Sage 200 in the UK, or Acumatica, Infor SX.e/CSD, or NetSuite in the US.

AI agent development services

Our AI agent development services build agents that do one job in your operations well: reading customer orders, checking supplier invoices, or answering stock and delivery questions from your own systems.

Each agent works inside guardrails. It checks its work against your ERP, hands anything it's unsure about to a person, and records what it did, so your team can see and correct it.

We start with the operations assessment, which finds the jobs worth automating. Agents are then built as a sprint or as development work.

Questions

How much does AI implementation cost?
An operations assessment costs £4,000–8,000 + VAT / $5,000–10,000. An order desk automation sprint costs £20,000–40,000 + VAT / $25,000–50,000. Where a project falls in each range depends on its scope, which the assessment sets out before you commit to a sprint.
How long does the order desk sprint take?
We aim to have emailed PDF orders flowing into your ERP in about six weeks. The assessment confirms the timeline for your systems and volumes.
Which ERPs do you work with?
We focus on the systems distributors and manufacturers run: Kerridge K8, Merlin, and Sage 200 in the UK, and Acumatica, Infor SX.e/CSD, and NetSuite in the US. How we connect to your ERP is confirmed during the assessment.
Do we have to replace our ERP or change how customers order?
No. Customers keep emailing orders as they do now, and the orders go into the ERP you already run.
Do we have to do the sprint after the assessment?
No. The assessment is a fixed-price piece of work with its own plan. You can act on it with us, on your own, or not at all.
Do you offer AI agent development services?
Yes. AI agents that do one defined job, such as reading customer orders and checking them against your ERP, are what our sprints build. Each agent hands anything it's unsure about to a person, and your team can see everything it did.
