How much do data monetization services cost?

Data licensing readiness costs £4,000–8,000 + VAT / $5,000–10,000, fixed before we start. If your data needs extracting or redacting at scale, that's quoted as development, at £600–950/day + VAT / $800–1,200/day, or a fixed quote.

How do companies monetize data?

Mostly in three ways: selling insights or data products to their own customers, using data to cut costs or win sales, and licensing it to other companies. Licensing operational data to companies that train AI is a newer route, and it's the one we help with.

What is data licensing?

Giving another company the right to use your data on agreed terms, usually for a fee, while you keep ownership. A data licensing agreement sets out which data, what it can be used for, for how long, and what happens to it when the licence ends.

What data do AI companies want?

Records of how real businesses work, mainly in English: standard operating procedures, internal documentation, knowledge bases, CRM metadata, project histories, QA processes, and operational communications. Buyers usually look for companies with 30 or more employees and mature processes.

How much will we be paid for our data?

It depends on the buyer, and on how much data you have and how useful it is. Buyers set the price after reviewing what you offer. We can't promise a buyer or a figure, and we won't quote numbers we can't show.

Is it safe to license our company's data?

It can be, with care. The risks are personal data, customer and supplier contracts that forbid sharing, and giving away know-how competitors could benefit from. That's why we list what can't be shared before anything else, and why your lawyer reviews the licence.

Do you offer data monetization consulting?

Yes, focused on licensing operational data for AI. We don't build data products or sell customer data, and we don't work with regulated banks.
