Link building

B2B link building: links from the sites your buyers already trust

Webika is a link building agency for B2B companies: we earn links and mentions from trade publications, industry sites, and partners through outreach and digital PR, never by buying them. Packages cost £1,500/mo + VAT / $2,000/mo, £3,000/mo + VAT / $4,000/mo, or £5,000/mo + VAT / $6,500/mo.

A site can be fast and well written and still not rank, because search engines weigh what other sites say about it. The same mentions are what AI assistants such as ChatGPT draw on when buyers ask for a shortlist. Our SEO link building services get you those mentions on sites relevant to your industry, and we report every link we earn.

How our link building services work

  1. Find the sites that matter

We list the trade publications, industry associations, suppliers, partners, and directories your buyers read, and check that each one is real, relevant, and edited by people.

  2. Give them a reason to link

Guest articles written for their readers, data from our AI visibility checker or your own records, expert comment, and the partner and supplier pages you've earned but never asked for.

  3. Outreach and follow-up

We pitch each site individually, write and place the content, and check that every link is live and on the page we agreed.

  4. Report what landed

Every month you see each link, the site it's on, your referring domains, and your positions, as results rather than promises.

What we don't do

  • We don't buy links, run private blog networks, or swap links at scale. Google's spam policies treat those as link schemes, and a penalty can undo years of work.
  • If a site asks to be paid for a link that passes ranking value, we tell you the risk before any of your money is spent.
  • Rankings are never guaranteed: search engines decide them. Each package sets a target number of links, and if fewer land in a month, the shortfall rolls into the next month at no charge.
  • Every package has a 3-month minimum, because outreach takes weeks to land.

White label link building for agencies

Agencies that sell SEO but don't run outreach can resell our link building to their own clients. We do the research, content, and outreach; you keep the client relationship, and the reports carry your name.

The same rules apply as for our own clients: every link is earned, never bought, and every link is reported. We agree white label rates with each agency.

Questions

How much do link building packages cost?
Starter costs £1,500/mo + VAT / $2,000/mo, Growth costs £3,000/mo + VAT / $4,000/mo, and Authority costs £5,000/mo + VAT / $6,500/mo, each with a 3-month minimum. Link building is also part of our B2B SEO retainer, at £1,500–4,000/mo + VAT / $2,000–5,000/mo.
What is B2B link building?
Earning links to a B2B company's site from other sites its buyers trust: trade publications, industry associations, suppliers, partners, and specialist directories. A few relevant links usually do more than many unrelated ones.
What's the difference between link building services and buying links?
Link building services earn links: a site links to you because the article, data, or comment is worth it to its readers. Buying links means paying a site to link to you so you rank. Google treats that as a link scheme unless the link is marked as sponsored, and we don't do it.
Do you offer a guest posting service?
Yes, as editorial guest articles: we write for a publication's readers, and the publication decides whether to accept it. We don't pay for guest posts with links that pass ranking value.
Do you offer link building services in the UK?
Yes. We work with B2B companies in the UK and the US, and every price is shown in pounds plus VAT and in dollars.
Do you offer white label link building?
Yes. Agencies can resell our link building to their own clients, with reports in the agency's name rather than ours. We agree white label rates with each agency.
Can you guarantee a number of links?
No. Each package sets a target, and if fewer links land in a month, the shortfall rolls into the next month at no charge. Rankings can't be guaranteed at all, because search engines decide them.
Does link building help with AI assistants?
It can. AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity draw on what other sites say about a company, so mentions on trade and industry sites feed their answers. What they say varies and can't be promised. Our AI visibility retainer, at £2,500–6,500/mo + VAT / $3,000–8,000/mo, works on that directly.
Can we buy a sponsored placement on Webika instead?
Yes, but it's a different thing: a labelled sponsored article on our blog, at £300–750 + VAT / $400–1,000, with sponsored links that pass no ranking value. It buys reach with our readers, not rankings.
